- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic and roast a little
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4 cup onion, 1/8 tsp salt and saute until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1.5 cup chopped methi leaves and mix together
- Step 4 Cover the pan and let it cook.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 6 Serve hot with chapati.
