- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp hing, soaked jowar, 1/8 tsp salt and pour in some water
- Step 4 Mix everything well, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 5 Close the lid an pressure cook until 45 whistles
- Step 6 Transfer to a serving bowl
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd..
