- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp boiled peas,1/4 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 5 Add water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 6 Cover with a lid and simmer until all flavors combine well
- Step 7 Add 1 tbsp cream to the soup and mix well
- Step 8 Let it simmer over low flame
- Step 9 Transfer soup to a serving bowl
- Step 10 Serve hot with bread sticks or croutons.
