- Step 1 In a bowl, beat 1 egg, add 2 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp grated carrot, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and beat it well.
- Step 2 Keep it aside
- Step 3 Spread the prepared dosa batter to a heated tawa.
- Step 4 Add the beaten egg mixture
- Step 5 Cook with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6 Flip and cook on the other side too.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve it with the prepared green chutney.
