- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp rai and allow it to crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp onion and saute until it turns translucent
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup diced capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well
- Step 4 Season with 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder and mix everything
- Step 5 Add 1/4 cup diced dudhi and pour in some water
- Step 6 Mix well and simmer over low flame until cooked well
- Step 7 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve warm with rice or chapati.
