- Step 1 In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp of oil.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic and 120 gm of chicken. Sauté well.
- Step 3 Once sautéed, add 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of chopped green chili, 1/8 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder, and 50 gm of beaten Nestlé A+ Curd. Mix well.
- Step 4 Finally, add 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves, cover, and cook well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
