Steps
- Step 1
First Soak and sprout 5.5 tsp whole moong.
- Step 2
In a bowl beat 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd till smooth.
- Step 3
Add 1.5 tbsp grated cucumber, sprouted whole moong, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5
For Tadka
Heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 3 kadi patta, allow to crackle.
- Step 6
Add it into raita.
- Step 7
Chill and serve.
