Steps
- Step 1
To prepare the dough, in a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Step 5
To prepare the filling, in a bowl, add 3 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1.5 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 7
To prepare the kulcha, first, roll the dough and fill the stuffing into its center.
- Step 8
Seal and fold again, and flatten into a kulcha.
- Step 9
On a heated tawa, moisten the base of the kulcha with water and roast in 2 tsp ghee.
- Step 10
Tasty coriander paneer kulcha is ready to serve hot.
