- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1.5 tbsp each of chopped onion and tomato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, 1 tbsp chole masala and 1/4 tsp hing.
- Step 3 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 4 Add cooked chole and pour in some water
- Step 5 Cover the pan and let it simmer until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 7 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve warm
