PrePreparation
- Step 1 Wash and soak 1/8 cup brown rice. Then marinate brown rice with 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp sesame oil

For Chicken
- Step 1 In a bowl add 60gm diced chicken,1 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp sesame oil,1/4 tsp rice vinegar,1/2 tsp corn flour,1/2 tsp oyster sauce and mix it well.

For Brown Rice
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tsp butter add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 tsp grated ginger and saute it till fragrant. Add the soaked marinated brown rice and saute.
- Step 2 Take a mold add the chicken mixture, rice mixture and little water.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 4 Boil water in a steamer and place the mold in the steamer.
- Step 5 Steam it till done and serve.
