For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, and water as required.
- Step 2 Knead a soft dough and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Roll out the dough into a square shape.
- Step 4 Add prepared mixture, fold to make square pockets & seal it.
- Step 5 Brush a nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp oil and roast on both sides till golden brown or air fry it for 1015 minutes.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
