- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp maida, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp sugar, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp butter and mix well
- Step 2 Combine everything, pour in little water and knead to a soft dough
- Step 3 In another bowl, add 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 5 Take a portion of the dough, roll into a round thick shape
- Step 6 Add a spoonful of the cheese mixture
- Step 7 Gather the edges, seal and roll it again to a thick round shape
- Step 8 Apply a little water on one side of the naan.
- Step 9 To a heated tawa, place the naan and cook
- Step 10 Roast on both sides until cooked well
- Step 11 Serve hot.
