- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2 Add 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 2.5 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar.
- Step 3 Mix everything well.
- Step 4 Add chapati pieces and add 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 5 Saute until all ingredients are mixed well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 7 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot chapati chivda.
