- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai,1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, kadi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Season with 1/4 tsp dry red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3 Add boiled potato and beetroot and mix well.
- Step 4 Cook until everything combines well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 6 Garnish with 1/4th tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Serve hot with chapati.
