- Step 1 In a pan, pour 3/4 cup skimmed milk and bring the milk to a boil.
- Step 2 Add soaked barley and cook until the barley is soft and cooked.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp stevia, 1 tsp chopped pista, and simmer until it thickens.
- Step 4 Transfer it to a bowl, cool down and refrigerate for a few minutes.
- Step 5 Garnish with 3 tbsp grated apple, 2 tbsp pomegranate, 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tsp flaxseeds.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds.
- Step 7 Serve.
