- Step 1 To make the filling, in a bowl, add 1/4 cup boiled chopped potato, 1/4 tsp each of ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, jeera, and ajwain, 2.5 tbsp boiled peas, mix and mash all the ingredients well.
- Step 2 Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it out into a circular roti, and fill the stuffing in the center.
- Step 3 Seal the edges and roll out gently.
- Step 4 Place the paratha on a heated pan, using 1.5 tsp butter, and roast the paratha evenly on both sides.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve Hot.
